in October 2004, TECVC is an independent legal person,
non-profit, and academic organization, which is
composed by the bodies mainly engaging in venture
capital and venture management research all over
Tianjin.
The initiators of TECVC include: Tianjin Venture
Capital Association, Winners Law Firm, TEDA Venture
Capital Corporation Limited, Tianjin Bohai Sea Region
Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd., Tianjin New
Era Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Tianjin Fortune Bridge
Venture Capital Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Luda Certified
Public Accountants Co., Ltd. The core tenet lies
in integrating venture capital resource, build professional
communication platform and promote the development
of venture capital undertaking.
TECVC is mainly engaged in the following research
activities:
(1) Offer the development of Tianjin venture capital
with theory, policy and practical research as well
as decision-making reference fruits;
(2) Provide venture capital bodies, business start
enterprises and individuals with consultation service,
build the platform for communication and cooperation
with the foreign and domestic research circles of
venture capital;
(3) Draw on foreign venture capital theory and mature
practical experience to probe into the innovative
thinking on the localization of venture capital
development.
